Team Captain

At Saturday practice a team captain is chosen. The team captain is chosen from the player that exhibits the best something or another. This week, Zack was chosen. As team captain you get to:

Stretch out the team,

pick your first position - first base, andbat first.

Just by chance, you win the game ball! Zack went three for three and scored two runs (left on base once.)
Here he is with his game ball and an extra helping of red snow cone on his face. It was a great game. We played the super great Blueclaws. This team won the championship last spring and somehow ALL managed to get on the same team this fall. I don't think they expected such a tough game. The final score ended up 15-12 but we were up part of the game and it looked like we might win at one point. Regardless, it was a great game. We also had a huge crowd. Ending up coming - Nan, Ree Ree, Granddaddy, Karen, Mike, Papa and Grandmother.
