After the tar pits we toured the rest of the city. We cruised Mullholland Drive, all the shopping districts, Hollywood and Sunset Blvd. We ate lunch at the Ivy because according to the concierge and everyone else, you never go there and not see a celebrity--except when the Gray's show up. Didn't see a single person-not even a paparazzi. Just a bunch of other folks enjoying lunch. The food was great so if you ever go, go eat there and maybe you'll see someone famous!
Outside the Kodak Theater (American Idol) and The Chinese Theater place there are a bunch of kooks dressed up in costumes ready to take pictures and your money. These kooks aren't sent there by any studio -these are strictly wierdos dressed up to scare and rob you. Well, not really but sort of. Their costumes are all tattered and dirty and if you take a picture with them, you best have your wallet out to pay them.

Next, what's a vacation without a trip to somewhere so cheesy you're actually embarrassed to tell people you went? Yep, that would include a trip inside Ripley's Believe It or Not. Nuff said.
Can you tell what the lit up light says on the Throne Of Love? BOSSY!

This is just me trying to entertain myself inside Ripley's. Thought I'd try and take a picture of myself in this huge mirror just in case, just once, that worked.

Z and A trying to figure out how to open the "trick gate."

The Ivy--home of the not so famous Gray's.
